Preparation of a concept design with accompanying documentation for two Data Centers in Poznań with a power allocation for first data center of 8MW and for the second data center design was prepared in two variants - with a power allocation of 33 MW and 25 MW

Warsaw Data Hub is a modern Data Center located near Warsaw. During the implementation of WDH, standards and technologies were used to achieve a very high level of security, while maintaining a high level of investment scalability and low PUE.
The Techko® company participated in the WDH project from the very beginning of the project, participating in the concept preparation and construction design phase along with obtaining all the necessary permits. The multi-discipline detailed design was developed and coordinated by Techko and obtained certification according to PN-EN 50600 standard at level 3 in all categories (Power, Air-conditioning, Physical security).
Techko® executed a comprehensive power system from power connections to sockets for end devices in technical rooms. The power supply system has been equipped with an Power Usage Monitoring system that allows for precise reading of energy consumption, including PUE, in order to optimize energy usage by Orange.

Execution of MV and LV electrical installations in a Data Center facility in Warsaw. The facility is realized by one of the largest Data Center suppliers in the world.
The scope of works included the implementation of the second stage of the investment - including the construction of MV power connections, construction of 2 power units and 6 data halls with the accompanying electricity infrastructure.
The works and tests were completed in December 2021.

In 2020, mBank decided to move its headquarters to a newly built office building - Mennica Legacy Tower, located at Prosta 18 in Warsaw. For its purposes, mBank leased a total of 45.6 thousand. m2, which includes office space (41.7 thousand m2), mBank's customer service branch and an auditorium for over 100 people.
Techko® joined the investment in the preparation of concepts designs for the arrangement of the office space. In coordination with the Investor and the General Contractor, a Detailed Design for the installation of LAN cabling for 21 floors rented by mBank in the EAST tower and for the mBank customer service department in the WEST tower was prepared.
From the beginning of 2020 to the end of the first quarter of 2021, the Techko® comprehensively performed the installation of structured cabling for the arrangement of office space for all floors rented by mBank. In addition, the company undertook to perform the electrical and LAN installation of the mBank customer service branch with an area of ​​approx. 300 m2.

Execution of a detailed design in the electrical industry for the modernization of the precision air-conditioning installation at COK L-1 at the National Bank of Poland in Warsaw, including the mapping of changes in energy parameter monitoring systems and execution of works based on this documentation.

Concept design, technical design and detailed design of fit -out including: electrical instalations, CCTV, access control, LAN systems and precise cooling for server rooms.
